Lake Lucerne, a private 40-acre lake, is about 12-miles east of Atlanta on Hwy-78. The lake and a clubhouse area of about 3-acres is owned by the Lake Lucerne Estates Civic Club Inc (LLECC). Surrounded by a community of 178 homes, Lake Lucerne provides a welcome haven from the hustle and bustle of metro Atlanta.

The lake offers its members excellent fishing, boating, and spectacular views year around. Wildlife abounds here on the lake, including at least 8 species of fish, 3 turtle species, blue and green herons, hawks and ducks. A family of otters has been spotted over the years. You’ll find squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons and a possum or two. The birds are fascinating as well.
