LLECC is a civic club supported by its members. Membership is open to all residents of Lake Lucerne Estates. Dues help support the maintenance of common areas such as the lake, clubhouse, grounds and entrances, and also help fund community activities. All use of Lake Lucerne, including boating, fishing, and any activity along the shore is limited to LLECC members.
Dues are $180 for lakefront properties and $120 for other properties per calendar year. Send payment to the LLECC post office box or use the link below to pay securely with Paypal.
Members with boats must request and display a current-year LLECC sticker on all boats (two stickers free with membership, additional stickers available for $5/each).
Gasoline powered craft are prohibited, but electric motors may be used.
The lake and common area are for member use only. Gate codes are changed in January and July each year to ensure the security of the property.
Members should keep gates closed and locked at all times. On both gates, place our lock through the Fire Dept or Walton EMC lock before securing.
